The purpose of the East Bay Community Energy’sLocal Business Development Plan is to provide a roadmap for accelerating the deployment of local clean energy resources. The Local Business Development Plan Community Engagement Symposium provided an interactive forum for review and discussion of the Draft Local Business Development Plan Work Products and Scenarios.
