The Clean Coalition was a partner organization for the Interstate Renewable Energy Council’s IREC Vision Summit 2020, which took place 11 March at the National Housing Center Auditorium in Washington, DC.
The IREC Vision Summit 2020 was a one-day visionary exploration of what’s needed next to make bold clean energy goals a reality.
Prominent industry leaders, state decision makers, and advocates convened for IREC’s 2nd annual event to delve deeper into development and integration of the policies, practices, and workforce training essential for all Americans to benefit from clean energy.
The Summit focused on three key themes on the path to 100% clean energy:
- Regulatory reform for grid transformation
- Training-to-jobs pipelines for diversity and inclusion
- Consumer and community benefits of clean energy
