About the Summit

The California Clean Energy Procurement Summit has been organized to bring together energy procurement decision-makers and market participants including CCAs, Munis, POUs, IOUs, and corporate energy buyers and hear their plans and goals for upcoming procurements of clean energy, including discussions of renewables, storage, transportation electrification, geothermal resources, and offshore wind.

The meeting provided the latest thinking (including IRS guidance) from active market participants about how the new incentives and funding in the Inflation Reduction Act and the Infrastructure Investment Act will revolutionize the way clean energy projects are structured, financed, and owned (and strategies for meeting the new qualifications for labor, domestic content and other requirements) in the very specific context of the Golden State.

The California Clean Energy Procurement Summit provided a detailed analysis of the state’s load growth and senior policymakers and analysts will provide the latest on the developments you need to know on topics such as ensuring Resource Adequacy and the CPUC’s latest orders to ensure grid reliability.

The California Clean Energy Procurement Summit continued Infocast’s long-established status as the provider of choice for information on upcoming procurements and the ability to network face-to-face with an unparalleled range of LSEs and energy buyers in the Golden State.
