Executive Director Craig Lewis participated in the panel “Resilience in the Wildfire New Normal – Solutions and Challenges for Customers, Communities, and Utilities” at The ESA Storage Exchange, which took place October 15-16, 2019 in Bellevue, WA.
The ESA Storage Exchangeis an event focused on sharing experiences of successful integration and deployment practices that lower costs, reduce emissions, and establish a more reliable and resilient electric grid.An event unlike any other, the ESA Storage Exchange brings together project developers, technological innovators, utilities, and other stakeholders in an engaging environment of expert technical education and peer-to-peer idea exchange.
The ESA Storage Exchange features invited guest speakers, and interactive poster presentations. Each ESA Storage Exchange session is two hours long and centered around a specific theme. Each session has three parts:
- Invited guest speaker presentations
- Rapid-fire topic introductions by poster presenters
- Poster session, which includes in-depth, discussion and networking
The Storage Exchange is a collaboration between the Energy Storage Association (ESA) and the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
