Santa Barbara County is on the front lines of climate change as California is battered by wildfires, floods, and drought. Public support for clean energy is strong and bold, local projects are ready to go, but stalled federal funding threatens our progress. It doesn’t have to. Now is the time to come together and chart a path forward.

The Santa Barbara Energy & Resilience Summit convened local government, utilities, energy companies, NGOs, and private sector capital to find ways to keep building. Together, we will make Santa Barbara County a safer, cleaner, and more affordable place to live.

Craig Lewis is Founder and Executive Director of the Clean Coalition, a very technical nonprofit
