Programs & Policy Associate
Serena holds a BA in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and has an extensive background in education. As a 2-year CivicSpark AmeriCorps Fellow with the Santa Barbara County Sustainability Division, she has led and supported projects for the Regional Climate Collaborative and Tri-County Regional Energy Network, building partnerships with various agencies and nonprofits, developing policies, managing programs, and engaging in community outreach. Passionate about sustainability and building community resilience, Serena seeks to make a positive environmental and social impact.
